Yesterday I asked you about your fears. Today, I will tell you about a great adventure. We were at a crossroads in our lives with a little cash. My husband had always talked of life aboard a boat. Eh why not as long as it wasn't a sailboat. Guess what, one month later we had moved aboard "our" new home...a sailboat on a river in southern Illinois. Talk about fear! We had a four year old who was extremely active, ok full netting around the lifelines and an unbreakable rule, if not below always wear lifejacket! But...I have a deep fear of dark water, yes one of those mind numbing type. My job was to handle the lines, you know anchor and tying off. Guess what, GREAT ADVENTURE was waiting just around the bend. Don't run from your problems but sometimes take the time and find the adventure that is just around the bend. Pray about it, listen and get busy! P.S. - I used to be scared of driving a tractor, too !
