I have found that the most empowering method to experience harmony and peace is meditation. The primary purpose of meditation is to open and listen to your own inner guidance.
Besides peacefulness, positive side effects of meditation include enhanced intuition, better sleep, and greater ability to hold your attention where you want it to be. Every action is a choice, made more meaningful during The Great Awakening.
