This is always a catch 22 for us when we send these guys to the butcher. Why???Well we're always excited and sad to see these guys go and get processed because of numerous reasons. Main reason why we're always excited is because it's like Christmas ?..... when they get processed we get to see the results in the meat. Mind you there are a lot of factors that go into good marbled meat such as genetics, breed, nutrition, exercise, environment, handling, etc... there's a lot that goes into this y'all.With all that considered its always tough to see them go as we put so much time and energy to raising them and having fun with them. All part of the deal.
