He can't afford a burger at McDonald's, but he can afford a nice cell phone with a card swiper..? C'mon! I don't mind helping someone who's really in need.. there have been times I've given my last dollar. Literally. But many of these people are just con-artists. There are legitimate charities for people who are really in need. Not street corner hustlers.
