They've gone and done it now. I just found out why the "boost" is unavailable right now. Just one small point of info first : I've never boosted a post in my life. I know they say they'll reach 20,000 more people within a 10 mile radius, but the truth is that many people don't LIVE in a 10 mile radius of me. I've never accepted ads from them. I don't do this for money or fame. I really wish they'd stop pestering me about boosting ,though. They seem to have in the last few days. When I went into my personal profile yesterday, I saw "account restrictions!" at the bottom that also said only I could see it. Curious, I HAD to open the tab and lo and behold, I'm not allowed to advertise or go live for another 26 days. After digging and poking around, I found out what had happened and you're not going to believe it. P.S. : I've never gone live before either that I KNOW of. Anyway, once again, I've been set up, adjudicated, and punished without the right to face my accusers or petition for redress. Conservatives have lost their Constitutional rights to free speech as well as equal representation under the law. Wait'll you hear THIS one ! On June 14th, a four year memory post popped up courtesy of facebook. You know, the " We care about what you share here, so here's a memory from 4 years ago". It was something I'd shared from my timeline back then, I've only created very few memes myself and I don't import from off platform. Well, that triggered something that they said violated their standards on hate speech. It was of Bob Ross painting with a comment directed towards political commentary of the period. I didn't do anything with it, I didn't reshare it, nothing. THEY dug it up, put it in my timeline, then accused me of violating their standards. I looked at the previous "transgression" which was over 90 days old that got me a three day suspension for sharing a C-SPAN video from my timeline of a South American Doctor testifying in front of a Senate panel about effects on the virus by other treatments. Since when is testimony given to United States Senators a violation of facebook community standards? I was uninformed back then that Zuck had promoted himself to Doctor. Anyway, now I'm restricted from doing something I've never done before because of something THEY did to ME ! Lest I digress......... No, I'll never pay to advertise on this platform. BUT, now, after my punishment is complete, I'm going to HAVE to go live at least once to show them old dogs CAN learn new tricks. I could even branch out and get a YouTube channel, complete with guests. No, I didn't get much sleep last night. I'ma take this here idear seriously. THIS will be Cairo's answer to a Hollyweird production. I'm already working on a script, and picturing props like teleprompters (sheets of paper clothespinned to brooms) and a megaphone (cardboard cone). I could dance up to the podium (soapbox), and my son could prompt me until I got my breath back. Then, I could stare into "the abyss" with crossed eyes and mouth agape in true Presidential form until I was given my cue. I have no clue what the topic will be, but from what I've seen, that really doesn't matter as long as I'm rude to staff and reporters. Yeah, I'm planning on calling all the local stations (we don't have any). This is going to be BIG people. I'm preparing to come out of the gate running with a plan that makes Joe's response look like it was a lie. Wait. It was. I'ma do this hyah thang sum just'us ! I might even have cameras installed inside AND outside and turn it into a 24 hour reality show. I'll show 'em who's who ! Might as well give them something REAL to punish me for, right? My email went off while I was writing this, fb wants to give me a $10.00 credit towards boosting again. I'm SERIOUS ! Is this their answer to "extended car warranty"?
