Pfft thats old news... ive got one for you, took my kids to the playground and theres a periscope to standnon the ground and look up
And over the play set... there were braille instructions on it... yes on a purely vision based play item.

I've wondered the same thing all my life. Maybe the person is in the back seat.???? The shouldn't be driving if they are blind.
