Do you know what that is? The the foam that fresh milk makes when you are milking...I poured the fresh milk thru the strainer and this was left. It looks like beaten egg whites that make meringue for top of cream pies. which is why a lot of old timers call meringue. "calf slobbers" lol

Aha!!! I was halfway right. Lol calf slobbers, that's funny. I had to bribe a calf named Norman from the lower field to the upper field with the stalk of celery one time. LOL good times. :-)
