Breakfast Pizza
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp nut butter
1/2 cup fresh fruit
Preheat the oven to 250. Mash banana and mix with oats. Spread out into a round "pizza crust" on silpat lined baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Spread with nut butter and top with fruit.
Makes 1 serving.
