PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 4, 2019) The aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74), left, and the guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53) are underway in the Indian Ocean, Feb. 4, 2019. The John C. Stennis Carrier Strike Group is deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
