Build Someone Up
Just reading this I had a bright idea. As I understand it, 25% of people are destructively insane and want to put everyone else down for their imagined safety and 75% of people are social and just want to get along, do our thing, whatever that is, and help others. And I observe a lot of people have disappointments in life by trusting the wrong people or being brought down by the negative ones.
Well, what if the 75% of us make it brain dead easy to tell the difference between the good guys and the rest by being exemplary examples of social personalities? We will make others feel much happier by validating them and feel better ourselves for it!
Given all the various factors in life it is not easy to reach perfection in a single bound but just make a start then do a bit more on it each day till the habit becomes part of you.
Today, make a point to look for someone doing something you like and validate them for it.
Once you make a start it is easier to continue. I had heard previously that 30 days of doing something was all it took to make a new habit but saw a video from James Clear who said research has shown that on average, 66 days of doing something makes it a habit.

I don't get angry but I do meet this with the necessary response as required. In some cases that's ridicule and I do believe that... View More
