Three times I did the Four-Day March in the Netherlands. Imagine walking 200 kilometers in four days (9+ hours of walking each day). So, the 2nd morning I walked included a canteen filled with Peppermint Schnapps. It's the only way to get the motivation to keep turning your feet into hamburger.
