Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl1 medium sweet potato1/2 tsp cinnamonDash cardamom1/2 banana, sliced1/2 cup berries2 TBSP walnuts1 TBSP sweetenerPoke holes in sweet potato and microwave for 5 minutes, or until tender. Allow to cool enough to handle and peel off skin. Add cinnamon and cardamom and mash will a fork. Top with banana, berries, walnuts, and sweetener.#wfpb #plantbased
