Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl
1 medium sweet potato
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Dash cardamom
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 cup berries
2 TBSP walnuts
1 TBSP sweetener
Poke holes in sweet potato and microwave for 5 minutes, or until tender. Allow to cool enough to handle and peel off skin. Add cinnamon and cardamom and mash will a fork. Top with banana, berries, walnuts, and sweetener.
