Before I get started, I want to unequivocally state this post is not targeting any specific race, skin color, creed, gender, tribe, political affiliation, nationality, or age specifically, rather ALL of the aforementioned generally. I said yesterday I was going to talk more about the Federal plan to further oppress Americans, so here it is. With the problems at our southern border, we have a serious influx of people from over 120 countries literally from around the world. Just taking March as an example, over 170,000 crossed into the US. Without even being given court dates, they've been sent to hotels, military bases, and released all across the USA. Playing averages, that's an average of 3,400 per state. If each state had 100 counties, that would be 34 per county. Not much? Times 12 months=408 per year, times 4 years of Joe, equals 1,632 new people in every county in every state in our union on average. This is only averaging the border crossers who are currently on track to reach 2 MILLION this year alone, not counting the 65,000 refugees Joe wants this fiscal year or the 120,000 he wants next year. So, how's this oppression? In my county, there's just under 25,000 people. By far, not all are taxpayers. Any rentals are snapped up as quick as they appear, but our economy is based on Ag. Period. No big businesses, no mega chains. The Walmart closed. Now. Bring in 1,632 more people. Housing will have to be built. Infrastructure will have to be built up. The AG land will have to be shrunk. Taxes will have to be raised. More schools will have to be built. Police and Fire will have to be augmented. The jail will have to be upgraded. Did I mention more tax increases? We're going to have to apply for State grants, and the State will be beholding to the Feds for grants and loans. Every bit of that money comes with a price. You know it as "Quid Pro Quo". Politics and money are bedfellows, and inseparable. Politics and judicial activism go hand in hand. Election boards are comprised of politically oriented people. Starting to get it yet? Increasing a sales tax would force all people to share the burden equally. BUT, they're rarely approved by the voters. So? Increased property taxes ! Personal property taxes ! Fees ! Specifically targeted. NOW, Federalize ALL elections. Anybody can vote. No verifications anymore. No voter I.D.. Starting to get the idea? It all starts local ! County level ! Pass legislation to preserve the standards of life we enjoy today. Pass caps on taxation of assets. Insist additional projects are fully funded in advance by corporations and money vetted by the city/county commissioners. Reclaim powers grabbed by the federal and state governments. Instead of forcing socialism upon us by oppression, involve the citizenry. You want equity? Sales tax, not other taxes and fees that take a $49.99 utility bill up to over $80.00. (Yeah, I get one). People willing to get off it and get on it should be permitted to enjoy the fruits of their labors ! Those who don't/won't shouldn't. Incentivize effort, don't punish it. Don't reward apathy and indifference, not the whines of the non contributors. Common sense legislation, and enforcement to back it up. State and Federal governments have proven they're incapable of fiduciary responsibility. They produce nothing, and make zero money. Nip these critters in the bud before they go to seed, for if they do, the oppression has only just begun. Where will YOUR children be living in the future?
