It is improper to require a medical procedure as a prerequisite to a commercial transaction.It is improper and just as discriminatory to select against a person because of their personal choice of medical treatment as it is to discriminate because of gender, race, religion, age, hair or eye colour, toenail length or brand of toothpaste they use.
