Grace.[Holiness is of the Lord]1Samulel 2[2] There is none as Holy as the Lord, for there is none beside thee, neither is there any rock like our God.It is by grace man climbs the larder to perfection.Show me a mortal man that brags to be more holy and righteous than others then I will show you a man of no understanding.Psalms 53[2] God looks down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there are any who understand, who seek God. [3] Every one of them has turned aside; They have together become corrupt; There is none who does good, No, not one. Just as a potter with his tools and by his skills works and fashions a mare clay into a beautiful and perfect artwork, in the same manner, by the grace and mercy of the Lord, a mare mortal man is shaped and fashioned into a perfect man.Whatever it is a man claims to achieve in life, whatever spiritual height man claims to have attained, all are made possible through grace.John 3[27] John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it is given to him from heaven.So, when by the grace of God one receives or attains some level of mastery over the foes of men [sin] and the weakness thereof, let him not criticise, ridicule or condemn others.He who places himself above others as the most holy and judges his fellow men is also preparing himself for his downfall. For man's acclaimed holiness in the Lord's own standard of holiness is nothing but a filthy rag.Matthew 7[1] Do not judge others so that you will not be judged.[2] For God will judge you in the same way as you judge others, and he will apply to you the same rules you apply to others.[3] Why then do you look at the speck in your brothers eye and pay no attention to the log in your own eye?Only by grace can man attain victory in the journey of life.Humble yourself in the presence of the Lord.
