My brother and I created ITOW. We recruited members and once that took effect we filed a lawsuit against two state regulatory agencies. It ended in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals where we won the majority... the court had to rule on each of the regulations in question. It was determined by the ruling that the state was engaging in the creation of illegal law. We won the day but it cost me my business and the life of my brother. The message I share with people when I tell this story is this... in all battles regardless of how righteous you are... there will be casualties but it's part of the cost. I lost a great business of 22 years and I lost my brother but I'm still here fighting the good fight.
