Thought for the day: It should be counted as a privilege to have elders who can give advice. Wisdom is found in the multitude of counselors! In 1 Kings 12:13, the new king had not learned this lesson. He "answered the people roughly, and rejected the advice which the elders had given him;" Listen and be teachable.
