F9F Panther, one of Grumman's famed "cat" series of fighters and one that helped Naval Aviation introduce jet aircraft to combat over Korea. One of the units that flew it was the Blue Angels, pictured here during their Panther days. This year the squadron celebrates its 75th birthday.
