My 17 year weekend project. Most dads build a tree house. I built a 2 story 2288 square house. Pay as you go. When i could afford materials I built. When I could not, I stopped building. About $150,000 so far in materials, all paid for. I owe nothing on it. I have enjoyed every minute working on it. It was a life goal to build my own house with my own hands. Almost there! My dad once told me, son if you have no goals, you have no life! I my stretch this out 10 more years ?!
