Southeastern Jefferson County in central Alabama...
* Until 200 PM CDT.
* At 1253 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located over West Blocton, or 10 miles north of
Centreville, moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Southern Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Alabaster, Bessemer,
Homewood, Pelham, Mountain Brook, Trussville, Helena, Irondale,
Leeds, Moody, Chelsea, Childersburg, Wilsonville, Indian Springs
