It's called obstruction of Justice when the husband (bill clinton) of a person (hillary clinton) that's being investigated by the DOJ aka Department of Justice, when that husband meets with the Head of the DOJ and has the Responsibility of deciding whether or not to charge the person being investigated, when he has a secret private meeting with her five days before she (hillary clinton) should have been charged for the crimes she committed.
