This woman saved over 2800 Jewish children from the NAZI'S. She was caught and had her arms and legs shattered by them. She saved all their information until after the war and reunited as many as she could. Before her death she was nominated for the Noble prize for her heroism. She lost to a slide show from Al Gore about global warming. Remember her name Irena Sendler.
