History is always written by the winners. When two cultures clash, the loser is always obliterated and the winner writes the history books. Books which glorify their own cause and disparage as the conquered foe. As Napoleon once said; "What is history, but a fabel agreed upon?"That's why I think there is more truth to myth and legends that the history we are taught.
