The fence in Washington is what Communists do. In order to survive, the elite must separate themselves from the masses. This assures their safety while they ravage a nation and it's people. If challenged, the next thing they will do is place humans as a shield. These humans will be dissidents against the State and will be sacrificed to protect the elites.
