KOLKATA CLASS ??:
These three ships are born from Project 15 A, were developed and built in India at Mazagon Dock Limited Shipyard (Mumbai), with stealth features.
Construction and subsequent testing of the same led to delays in their commissioning.
Each destroyer's construction start and entry into service took 10 years (2003 to 2016).
Features:
- Scrolling: 8.200 ton.
- Length: 163 meters.
- Sleeve: 17 meters.
- Crew: 400 ?? ? ???.
- Armament: 32 VLS 32 ? A / A Barak 8 y
UVLM 16 ? BrahMos cruise (290 kms).
