That number might be a little low.I figure they are going by number of "Hunting Licences". I'm pretty sure MOST Patriots are done paying the Government for Permits, Licenses, etc...I, for one, will no longer be requesting and paying for State or Federal PERMISSION to exercise my God given Rights because that's the kind of Outlaws they are really scared of...
