As much as it pains me to say this, I've come to a decision and one that was incredibly hard to make. Barring a true miracle, my foreseeable future will be that of a caregiver for both of my parents and no time for much more. As you know, Mom suffered a stroke one week ago today. While she's of sound mind and body, she's lost the will to live. She refuses to eat, drink, and keeps her meds in her mouth for 60-90 minutes at a time. She tells us she wants to get it over with. She tells us not to feed her so she can go. To top it off, Dad is an inconsolable wreck and cannot do for himself or for her without my help. I am with them 24/7. They're married for 49 years. I'm her son for 40. While I consider each and every Wimkiner my family, I have duties as a son and a man, and as a believer of God. I must devote my time to my blood family and cannot always be here for my Wimkin family. This has led me to the decision to scale back my role some 50% to 75%. I am willing to relinquish a portion of my ownership in Wimkin. In offering such, there are caveats. The individual or group of people must continue with our vision and work with our management team. We must NEVER bow to, nor be sold to big tech and they MUST continue to sue Apple and Google Play. We must NEVER sell nor share your data for any reason (most certainly profit).
