At the end of the day, the Constitution is just a piece of paper and the police state will always find a way to circumvent it and violate your rights. Also in the bottom pic, police were looking for a shoplifter and literally punched holes in the side of a home the shoplifter didn't live at. The result? Courts claimed cops didn't have to pay for damages. No Joke.
