Look what is really in the SB22 Bill that is currently being heard in the Ohio courts!! Wake Up People"Karen Reed - "...in regards to the Truth of SB 22. If people actually took the time to actually READ the Document as Written on Record, and Not Simply just Paraphrased - while leaving out CRITICAL Information such as forming a Legislative Committee whose sole purpose is to Uphold both the Governor and The Health Departments Unconstiutional Mandates & Orders by " Over- Seeing by Encouraging and Consulting" with the Governor & the Health Department. Which we all know the lobbying force behind the current corruption in our State Government. FYI: Remember, also with every committee - that means even more money in the members pockets- which means more taxes for We The People = More Government to take MORE Liberties. I've went through this piece of Pathetic Legislation with my own two eyes and if this legislation was to reign in the power of the Governor and The Health Department - It actually ENCOURAGES Even MORE TYRANNICAL Government Control. I'll go through a few pages that should bring serious concern to every citizen in our State. This legislation actually 'Incentivises' the Destruction of our Liberties. I'll start with page 2 of SB22. This page sets up the perimeters of Playing - Party Politics by setting up the Ohio Health Oversight Committee. - to appoint members (that are Not Voted On-but Appointed) to take our place and our entire body of Legislaters place, in order to Strip our civil liberties in making our own Health Care Decisions and to determine if we can actually even be permitted to move and have our being by what 'They Deem' to be ISOLATED or Quarantined by following the Health Department, who still has Full Authority (Page 5) under this legislation. DeWine should have been IMPEACHED and that 100 year old ORC 3701.13 needed to be REPEALLED - because that is the Legislation that he used to Destroy this State, Our Businesses, and Our Families all over a Virus that has over a 98% Recovery Rate.
