PA Residents: If you are calling the Police regarding animals being left out in the cold and they say that they cannot help, remind them it's a violation of Section 5532/5536 of Act 10. If they refuse help, get the Officer's Name, Date, Time of Call, Station you called, and then call and/or email: Corporal Spada at 717-772-5112 - mspada@pa.gov to report the animal and location that was not helped. FYI: Corporal Spada heads the PA State Police Animal Cruelty Unit, he is a true animal lover and fights tooth and nail against animal abusers. Thanks.
