One of Kalepa's first actions was to set up Starlink satellite receivers to restore internet to the area. His "volunteer army" have transformed the waterman's home into a "supply depot" — water bottles, gas cans, tents, generators, food, and medication — are neatly stacked and free for any Lahaina residents who stop by.
