Smith County sheriff reacts to Rep. Schaefers bill allowing for carrying guns without a permit
Larry smith, the Smith County Sheriff agrees with Rep. Matt Schaefer bill. He says he wants people to have a way to protect themselves, since it can take time for law enforcement to get to the scene.
