The survey starts by openly stating the "Standards" are the SAME whether your kid lives in the city or the farm AND whether his or her life experience is completely different than other kids. It goes on to state that regardless of ALL your differences they will essentially force you to accept this ONE standard.
As you follow the questions it becomes evident that the questions are generic, and focused on self identity more than specific needs. It does not address the needs of the different areas of our state. It only satisfies the need to say you did a survey.
I expected more options and a survey where people's opinions really mattered and were taken into consideration. This is more of the same that has proven to fail our children.
