Ticks are alive and well here in Westport MA already. What else can I do to prevent ticks on my dogs. I have 2 small chihuahuas. One (my 5 lb.) the ticks doesn't bother . The other one (9lbs) he's a magnet no matter the tick drops or tick collars that we use.

Since there is Ivermectin in Heartgard, would that take care of scabies?
