Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind my product and want you to be happy with your items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me so I can work with you to resolve the issue.
Please contact me within 4 days of receiving your product

A. Defective Items
If you received an item that has a manufacturer defect:
If you purchased an item that was delivered to you through the USPS or other mail service it is your responsibility to return and to pay for shipping to me and for you to pay me to return ship the item to you, however if I find the Item to be a manufacturer defect I will refund the shipping fees you paid with proof of a valid receipt. If you are local and received an item, please bring the item to me and there will not be a fee for shipping.
Returns on orders will only be made if there is manufacturer defect in the item or an error in the size on my part. Please make sure you order the correct size for you as I am not responsible for that sizing error.
B. Choosing colors or fabrics for items over the internet can be tricky as monitors vary and fabrics don't always photograph the same as you see in person. I will do my best to show true color/pattern options.
2. Payments
I do accept~ Cash in person only (please do not send cash through mail) I will send you an invoice by email for Credit Card payments, I do not accept checks~No exceptions

Shipping;
Average Shipping fees are as follows: $6 for first 2 items + $1 each item added, for larger bulkier packages, shipping fees vary depending on bulk and weight or USPS Priority if it fits it ships price whichever is most cost effective. However, my promise to you is to always be fair in my shipping fees and not over inflate and I will always let you know up front.
Handling and Shipping during the holidays adds time to your order, orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be delayed.
I can hand deliver Locally.
Delivery to you;
A minimum purchase of $150.00
plus a FEES as follows;
$15 to Prineville
$25 to Redmond/Terrebonne areas(Fred Meyer or Walmart)
$40 to Bend(Costco only)
No hand deliveries to Sunriver/Lapine/DRW/CCR
