Take 1 or 2 jalapeno enough to cover a slice of bread, split in half innards removed.

This is how it's made :
Take 1 or 2 jalapeno enough to cover a slice of bread, split in half innards removed.
Stuff them with cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.
Bake at 375 till cream cheese is nicely browned.
Fry up 2 to 3 slices of bacon seasoned with salt and pepper.
Take two slices of bread. It's up to you here. Whatever floats your boat with this one. It works out either way.
Coat one side of each slice with butter or even mayo. Place down on a preheated pan.
Place a slice or two each. To cover the slices of bread.
Pepper Jack
Cheddar
Then place the bacon and jalapeno on the cheese on the bread and griddle for a minute or so.
Then flip one on the other to create a sandwich then toast till nicely browned on both sides.
It just might blow the Rueben out of the water for AWESOMENESS!!
