This is The "Honorable" Madelin F. Einbinder, Presiding Judge, Family Part, Ocean County.
She is the judge responsible for NOT keeping DF safe, loved, protected or heard!
These family court judges should learn what the word honorable means.
They are considered "officers of the court" yet, they are the biggest part of the corruption.
Everything she is saying in the video is LAUGHABLE. She is a robot. No emotion, no care, no compassion. This is NOT how she runs her court room nor does she keep children/families involved or safe!! She hears what she wants and how she wants! She doesn't enforce the law or rights, she makes up her own based off personal feelings. She takes CPS word because she isn't actually in it for the kids! Funny how many people have reached out stating how terrible of a judge she is. Yet, its pretty much a secret because she puts GAG orders on families so they cant expose her or CPS!
I had to share this video because its amazing how corrupt judges try to paint a different picture of themselves. WHAT IS DONE IN THE DARK, ALWAYS COMES TO LIGHT!

CPS isn't keeping her safe. The aunt and cousin who she is staying with is not keeping her safe. The aunt has allowed unsupervised contact despite the court order with the grandmother and the boyfriend has been given contact despite a no contact order. No one is acknowledging the abuse by the GRANDMOTHER! Despite this little girl disclosing how much involvement the grandmother had and the one who is mainly responsible for the mental abuse and sexual grooming! We need to get her out of the Aunts house, safe with another family member ASAP and then home with her parents and siblings!
