Well crap. Back on Keto. Started yesterday. Originally lost 25 lbs. gained 15. Getting back to Keto before I put the rest back on. Feeling more able to do it with the weather being nicer.

It's "keto for life" for a reason. You can't ever go back to carbs. Your body will instantly revert back to its pre-keto set point.
