Pretty good here. Back from my trip. Was able to eat mostly carnivore the entire week.
Starting to wonder about the statin doc put me on and if I should continue taking it.

He has some build up. We do not thale them. Seems to me you take them. They deplete other things you need to take supplements for or causes Alzheimer’s or diabetes and that is more drugs. 🤷🏽♀️
13 weeks. 22.2 lbs lost. Had a few no. Keto things while away but back on track. Pleased with my progress. It is amazing how the craving and stuffing mindlessly in the mouth has gone.
Getting out of the constant hunger cycle is a great feeling. The trick is managing the insulin spikes. It also prevents those groggy afternoons.
Away from home for a few days. Ate a few things I should not have…first time in 12 weeks. Back on track today. My joints in my fingers were complaining. Inflammation sure makes its presence known.

Gonna up my omega 3's considerably and take the statin prescribed for a while and see if i can get things under control or into a better range.
Thanks so much for all the advice, everyone.
Blood sugar this morning was 94. Very happy. No longer getting exhausted feeling a half hour after I eat. Blood Pressure is lower. Very pleased with this way of eating.
Perhaps the best benefit of KETO is reduced inflammation. It let's your body heal itself. Insulin is inflamatory and keeping the spikes under control Lets your own immune system keep up with the regular maintenence.
