What brand freeze dryer? Was it hard to learn to use it? We have a pressure canner and have used it some but still dont feel comfortable using it or trusting the final product...

Im pretty sure they are expensive but when I look at the cost of freeze dried food as well as how well it retains its nutrients I am considering taking the plunge...I really dont like pressure canning and need an alternative to refrigeration
