I mean, you shouldn't have to come in to work and correct other people's work ethic; Let the boss do his part in correcting that. Trust me... it'll give you much more peace of mind.
You can't make a fool learn [even if you do teach them to do their job correctly]. Proverbs 15:12 says, "The hater of authority has no love for teaching: he will not go to the wise." And to top it off, if you do their job for them, they only expect you to continue in that same motion.
So if you want peace that surpasses all understanding (Phil. 4:6-7) , live by this moto instead.
