So correct me if I misunderstand. The Pentagon has ordered that the Oklahoma Nat'l Guard must follow the vaccine mandate. Unless the President of the U.S. activates the Guard for federal duty, the Guard remains under State control. They answer only to their state Governor. How can the Pentagon order this?
