1. Contributions are $30/yr. for individuals. Spouses are covered under your contribution. Girlfriends, boyfriends, and fiancs are not covered and must petition the group to join. Annual contributions for new indiviudals are due within 24 hours of acceptance to the group.
2. This group is for voting and discussing what Texas Patriots will do and how it will donate/spend its funds. Only individuals who make the annual contribution are allowed to be in this group to vote and discuss matters concerning the group.
3. Voting will be decided by the majority
4. The group will vote on events, builds, or donations to outside organizations.
5. Purchases utilizing group funds will be voted on by the group.
6. The group will not accept loans from individuals to fund group activities.
7. Individuals are prohibited from commissioning and selling TXPat branded merchandise. All TXPat merchandise will be commissioned and sold through the TXPat fund.
8. NEW MEMBERS: To add a new member, contact the admins to request to add a new member to Texas Patriots. Once accepted the individual will be placed on a three month probationary period in which he or she must attend one event. Probationary periods can be extended by request.

Admin Roles:
Admins are exactly what the name implies, administrators. Admins will ensure items requiring a vote are put to the group for a vote with all relevant information for the group to make educated decisions. Admins will approve any TXPat branded merchandise to be sold to the group, to include but not limited to shirts, hats, stickers, and cups. Admins are also responsible for vetting new members and collecting membership dues. In addition, Admins will ensure all members adhere to the group rules.
