I got put on meds and have been taking them. However my blood pressure meds worked at first but Then began to not work. Switched meds up and the same process happened. Mind you I have been on these meds for 10 years.
Then I read how 80% of people who catch Covid have a vitamin D deficiency. So I started taking vitamin d3.
I then ran out of bp meds and had to go to the doctor for a refill. My blood pressure was 114/70. It's never been that low in my life.
I was wondering why and then came across an article that showed vitamin d deficiency is linked to pre-hypertension. I then looked for more articles and found countless studies where people who took vitamin d3 that were prehypertensive, their bp lowered to normal rates. On the flip side vitamin d3 had no affect on people with normal blood pressure.
From what I can tell, they found this out in studies as far back as 2012. You can't tell me that doctors don't know about this and because vitamins are not FDA approved. I'm quite certain doctors are not allowed to recommend this.
