Same for Kash Patel who was attacked daily by the Democrats who grabbed his phone records and investigated him endlessly. I can tell you these types of investigations have to be airtight. You see what this judge is doing to the Comey case in EDVA right? He's ordered the DOJ to submit Grand Jury evidence to to him for in-camera review, and then turn it over to Comey's team. He's trying very hard to find a reason to dismiss the case outright. Same thing in the Tish James case. DOJ is beating them back but they have to be perfect on the law and we haven't even talked about the jury pool they are dealing with…
