What better day than making a Kid Smile! Festival days are days set aside when people from around the global unite in kindness and generosity to use their voices and their resources to make an impact for positive change and contribute to Kid's Smiles. At ECAFUg our mission is to provide exceptional care and a safe haven to the smallest, sickest, and most vulnerable children of Uganda. Our end of fundraiser this year comes in the form of a Kids Christmas Party. It has been a terribly difficult year around the world and Uganda has not been immune. Between Covid-19, civil violence, political tension, fuel shortages, and the instability of local currency infants and families in Uganda rely on our programs at ECAFUg more than ever. Without your support we cannot meet that need. Your gifts truly mean the difference between life and death to these Kids and their families. Throughout the coming weeks we will be sharing stories of the lives you�ve supported, the kids who are overcoming insurmountable challenges and the impact you can have on their future.
