It seems like every week someone is pushing some new magical cure that you are told you must have.
Mostly they are pushing some product for financial gain and they couldn’t spell healthcare if you gave them the dictionary.
When you try something new that isn’t from a natural whole food source. There is still this initial good feeling for a few days.
These products will start stealing from your body to complete the metabolic process so they can be purged from our bodies.
Many times the name of the new thing is known by many but not something usually in our diets. We will be told it’s only grown in some remote region of the world and that’s why it’s so good.
People will try it and it suddenly cures everything they have ever had or so we are told.
Again we see some euphoria with something new but the secret here is usually Vitamin C. One day we will look back and realize that Natural Vitamin C was the most important secret to good health.
I am speaking of Natural Vitamin C not ascorbic acid that many take mistakenly thinking they are taking Vitamin C.
Ascorbic acid does exist but it is the egg shell that protects the Vitamin C complex in nature. Man can’t duplicate Vitamin C but he can duplicate the ascorbic acid egg shell, so he does and sells it as Vitamin C.
The body does many wonderful healing processes with Natural Vitamin C. I believe it is important in anything the body needs to fight off.
If you take Vitamins and supplement s from stores, the internet or some with a Doctor’s name attached, it is usually synthetic or fractionated and not good for us.
When you look at a product and see Vitamin C (as) something don’t buy it or take it.
If it is real Vitamin C it will tell you what whole food source it came from not (as) something.
In our bodies the Adrenal Glands use the most Vitamin C, when blood sugar drops adrenals kick in. When we are stressed they kick in, in fight or flight they kick in and they use much Vitamin C to perform the task they need to do.
It is important that your whole food source of Vitamin C come from food grown with natural fertilizers, nothing synthetic. And only natural pest control products and natural organic soil and mulch.
Water from the heavens and a rain barrel source when we can use it is our best choice.
There will come a time when the latest and greatest new thing will be proven to have been here throughout all time. It will be God given Natural Vitamin C; it is used in the body everywhere and will be proven to be our greatest tool.
