Fuckerburg deactivated my account after a few stints in his fb jail, so I deactivated fb and messenger.
7 days ? Every since i joined FB I get 30 days then within a week i get another 30 last time they disabled my account then they must have forgotten about it and gave me another 30 days

Tell FB to go to hell and delete your account. That's what I did.
