The USDS is a term used by some to identify the United States Deep State. This is a form of government contrary to our Constitutional Republic because it circumvents the Constitution at it's base. The Deep State rules with self imposed authorities that does not represent the people, put forth by unelected officials. It rules in the form of 'regulation' instead of "the law".
