So President Biden signed an Executive Order (1 of 17 on his first day in office) which re-enters the U.S. back into the Paris Climate Agreement of 2015. President Trump took the U.S. out of the agreement back in 2019. Why? Because the U.S. wound up paying the bulk of the outrageous costs of the 'program'!
